What the service is
Hanaki provides gift recommendations through AI assistants, and for subscribers, ships gifts to the address they provide.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Gifts are sent monthly regardless of the billing period. There is no pause option; a subscription can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
The first month can be refunded in full on request. The welcome gift does not need to be returned.
Addresses and delivery
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. If a shipment is returned or lost because the address was wrong, we will contact you before sending a replacement.

Recommendations are opinions, not guarantees. We describe what a gift suits and what it does not; the decision to give it remains yours.
